Food | The Trendiest Cocktail For Spring/Summer 2013
Juice cleanses have been making a huge splash in the media recently, so it's naturally open to different translations and experimentations. Restaurants and bars from New York, Miami, and beyond, have been indulging in a new trend called "Juicetailing". Juictini's take the original recipe for a juicing drink, which is usually all-organic juiced fruits and vegetables, and mix it with organic alcohol. This results in a much healthier and usually tastier version of the cocktail!
The LCL bar in New York's midtown serves up a "Super Juice" juice cocktail for 14$ which is made from Organic Avenue juices. The unique recipe contains apple and lemon juices, as well as a flavored organic cucumber vodka. The recipe for this cocktail will be posted below!
The Green Dream from The LCL:
1 oz. Organic Avenue Giving Green juice
2 oz. Organic Avenue apple juice
1/2 oz. Organic Avenue lemon juice
1 1/2 oz. Crop organic cucumber vodka
Combine ingredients, shake, strain over ice and garnish with cucumber fans.
What is your opinion on these trendy new drinks: A revolutionary idea, or a money scam? Feel free to comment below, I would love your feedback!
Luck & Love,

Although these drinks are much healthier than their originals, it still isn't an excuse to overdue it. Always remember to drink responsibly and never drink and drive.
