Health | 10 Minute Yoga Workout Video For Beginners


Spring has sprung for several places on this side of the globe, and that means bikini season is soon to follow. Even if you are not someone who works out every day, getting in the habit is a great idea regardless of your goals or size. This video I've posted above is a really simple yoga workout which will help you explore the world of exercise, without leaving you headed for the hills. I have done this workout a few times myself, and I highly recommend it!
